Keeping Track of Sales

You’ll receive a sales report Mid month with a breakdown of everything that’s sold in the month before, this will cover every order and will automatically be emailed to you. You can also filter your shop page by Most Loved to see what customers are interested in most that week. 

We currently do not have a dashboard in the portal for live sales tracking, we’re working on it!


Getting Paid

You’ll receive an email from our payment provider Tipalti within the first week of your page being live, they’ll send across a registration link to you and please note you’ll have 24 hours to register before the link expires, please do check your spam folder.

 

Picking Your Commission

We have introduced tiered pricing for Fy! picks artists which means you can control your prices and the commission you earn on each sale. 

You’ll find the pricing information here and you’ll see that prices are the most expensive for customers at 30% commission. If you’re unsure where to start I’d recommend 20% as this means you have the option of going higher or lower in the future, we will always see more sales at 10% as prices are more affordable but we’re also aware that this pricing structure might not fit with your businesses elsewhere.

Once you’ve set up your shop please email me to let me know what you’d like to pick and I can update this for you in your records.


Your Referral Code & Fy! Picks Benefits

Want to get started straight away? Your Referral code will be emailed over to you within the next few days and you can use this on your page to promote your launch and earn more. We’ll also be activating a 55% trade discount on your products just for you, so you can place a trade order with us whenever you wish.
