It’s really important that every file is sent to us in the correct size to ensure the best quality, we cannot support any file which is not in the sizes below, we would also recommend using photoshop to resize.

You can upload JPEGs and PNGs. All files must be a 1:1, 4:3 or 3:4 aspect ratio. To ensure all images print well the smallest file size we accept is 3600 x 4800, there is no upper limit but larger file sizes will take longer to publish.

Every print that goes live on the site will have a 2cm white border added around and be available in all our sizes and frame options.
